WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

CHANGING MY PASSWORD

2. Go to My Account and select Change Password.
3. Input Email Address for Customer Account Password Reset. Provide the Email Address that will be the recipient of Koolfindz password reset details.
4. Email Confirmation. Sign in your to your Email, and open the mail sent by Koolfindz to reset your password. Follow the link below by clicking the "Reset your password" Button.
5. Input new Password. You will be redirected to the Koolfindz website and will open a window for you to reset you password. Input your new password and then click "Submit".
LOG-IN AND LOG-OUT
To avoid any unauthorized access to your Koolfindz account, its highly suggested that you Log-out your account after shopping, most especially if the access computer used is for public use.
